An exhibition space of 1500 m² will be available for stands and posters. Manufacturers will exhibit new products but also measuring instrument. Manufacturers and analysis laboratories will show their latest products or applications. At least 20 stands of 4 m2 are available.

 

A 4 m2 exhibition stand (June 19th – June 21st 2022) will include:                 1 500 € duty free

 

  • Side walls enabling posters exhibition
  • 1 table
  • 2 chairs
  • Access to the lectures, coffee-breaks and lunches for two representatives
  • Electric power (220V)
  • A WIFI link
  • Possibility of extra space (250 euros per m2)
  • Your logo on the book of abstracts and on the website

HOW SPONSOR BIC 2023?

You can sponsor the conference through the financial contributions presented below:        

  • You have the possibility to add your logo on the book of abstracts and on the website (300 € duty free)
  • You can contribute through a financial participation (500 € minimum), as an award for example
  • You can also contribute by distributing congress briefcases or different goodies.

Whatever your participation, we undertake to put up your logo on:

  • the book of abstract delivered to each participant.
  • the congress website open to everyone.
